Information You Voluntarily Provide
HSU collects and maintains certain personal information about you when you send us an e-mail or complete any of our online forms (with the exception of admissions forms), such as when you request information from us, make a donation subscribe to our online newsletter, or forward a web page, or electronic newsletter. Such information may include your name, mailing address, and e-mail address; it may also include a mobile phone number, the e-mail addresses of those to whom you forward HSU electronic content, and any other information collected in the forms. when contributing to HSU.

From time to time, HSU may link to other web sites not affiliated with HSU. In addition, linking to a third-party website shall not be construed as an endorsement of the website but rather as a link provided for informational purposes only. HSU attempts to link only to those web sites which also respect a visitor's privacy and the goals of HSU. However, HSU cannot be responsible for the content or policies of third-party web sites. All student personal information and academic records are confidential and can be revealed only in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 (Public Law 93-380, Section 438, as amended). All students are required to complete a form indicating their choice of whether or not to waive the rights given them.
